4- We do not accept images that are not related to a property or accommodation.



5- Phone must enter a valid Phone - because, your account may be blocked. The telephone is important to check the ads and help prevent Internet fraud.



6- Respect the Category of ads, for example if you have a property for rent to be announced in House or Flat for rent - not in Rooms for rent, please don´t do it, because you account maybe blocked.



7- Choose country and city correctly: example property for sale in Brazil, but announced in Sweden, don´t do it, it is unnecessary and does not derive any benefit, but rather the users consider it very bad taste.



8- Must put a PRICE on the advertisement for sale or rent.



9- LANGUAGES - The languajes boxes must be respected. Each language must be in its corresponding area.



10- Complete all sections of the form, ZIP (Postal Code) and Descriptions, availability, price correctly. Don´t write any URL-web on Description Box, for the website ,there is a specific section for this.




11 - Important: FREE ads IP Control with Free ads: If you post a free ad in Spain, but his IP says that this writing from a U.S. computer or a computer in France, your ad will not be activated and remain outstanding. Then you must register your profile of User (Particular or Company)



Are you already a registered advertiser?


Then you only need to enter your email address and pin code and the next step is to create your advertisement.



There are 5 easy steps to follow:


Step 1.

1. Choose the right USER type, and REGISTER as a user or enter your email and your pin code. Choose:
   
   “Private” (individual owner or landlord)
   “Agency” (real estate, developer or
   promoter) or “Hotel/Hostel”
   
   
2. Choose the type of advertisement you want to create, either:
   Room for rent For rent For Sale Holiday home exchange /House swap Hotel/Hostel/Inn/Motel
   
   
   
3. Select the country and Province/region where your property is located.

Step 2.

1. Fill in ALL sections of the form with details of your property.
   
2. TRANSLATIONS Remember 40% of our visitors are foreigners and only read the advertisements that are translated to their language, with Gabinohome you are able to translate the ad Title and Comments and we highly recommend that you Translate your advertisements.
   
3. Remember to include comments on the area and the address of your property so that visitors can find it in the online map and street directory.
   
4. Think of an advertisement title is a catchy phrase that describes the most important feature of your property, for example, "Fabulous ocean views" or "Flat with lots of Light", to describes the most important aspects of your property.
   

Step 3.

1. In this step you add photos to your advertisement.
   
2. If you want a Free advertisement only the first photo will be included.
   
3. If you are going to pay for a Priority Advertisement all 7 photos will be included in your advertisement and all the important details relating to your property.
   
4. Have 7 photos prepared to publish with a maximum size 300 kb Max. and 4x4 cm. or 400x400 pixels for each photo (300 kb max.).Save them in an image file so you always have them on hand.
   
5. If you are an Real Estate Agent, Promoter or Developer or promoter, have your company logo ready, to upload so that it appears in your advertisement. The logo should be a maximum of Logo 160 x 50 pixeles . This Logo, will have a direct link to the website of your company when someone clicks on it.
   

Step 4.

1. Here you can see how your advertisement will appear, and how and clients will see it on Gabinohome.
   
2. You can then make changes if you need to. Remember, we will send an email to you with your ID and a Password so that after you publish your advertisement you can Modify it if you need to.
   
3. If you are happy with your advertisement and you want to publish it go to the end of the page and select whether you want a Priority Full Page Advertisement (Option 1) or a Small Free Advertisement(Option 2).
   

Step 5.

1. Payment- If you have choose a Priority Advertisement you will need to make Payment with a credit card through either Paypal or World pay.
   
2. Or you can pay by bank transfer and email us the details
   
   
   

Remember, an advertisement on the Internet is not the same as an advertisement in a newspaper, here the visitor is more demanding, and expects to see PHOTOS, lots of details, and seeks out Security.

Remember, the TRANSLATIONS, PHOTOS and your CONTACT DATA must be correct in order to have an effective advertisement and so that they are able to communicate with you. Double check your email and make sure it is written correctly.

Visits
This are unique visitors, that is, one person that enters 10 times in 24 hours is counted as only one visitor.

Total Visits
This is the total number of visitors since the publication of your advertisement.

Media diaria – Daily Average
Is the number of visitors per day since the publication of your advertisement.

País – España Country – Spain
Shows the searches in Spain for the advertisement category or type (for example if your advertisement type is a “Room for Rent” it shows the total number of searches in the category of “Room for Rent” for Spain).

Proviencía – Cantabría Province – Cantabría
Shows the number of searches in Santander and the category of your advertisement (if it is “Room for Rent” only shows the visitors for “Room for Rent” category)

Veces que se han visto la oferta – Number of times that the advertisement has been seen
Tells you how many times the advertisement has been shown in the general page/list of advertisements

Veces que se han visto los detalles de la oferta – Number of times that the details of the advertisement have been seen
This is only relevant for Priority Full Page Advertisements…it tells you how many times the users have clicked on “More Information” on your Priority Advertisement.

Veces que se han visto tu web personal – Number of times that your personal we page has been viewed
Here you can track how many times they have clicked on your personal web page as listed by you in your advertisement.

Veces que se han visto tu web de Empresa – Number of times that your business web page has been viewed
Here you can track how many times they have clicked on the logo of your company (if you included one) featured in your advertisement.

In order to activate an expired advertisement you need to click on "Log In" (on the home page) and then click on "My Adverts" (inside the log in link) where you will find a list of your advertisements, when you see the advertisement that has expired or is pending payment, under the heading “Options” click on the RENEW icon (the icon that is a circular arrow).


If you want to reactivate a Small Free Advertisement you can do it from the RENEW icon.



If you want to activate a Priority Advertisement Pending Payment you can also click do it from the RENEW icon.

To change a small free advertisement to a priority full page advertisement , you need to go to "Log In" and then "My adverts" where you will fins the list of all your advertisement s. When you see the advertisement that you want to change you only need to click on the RENEW icon that is to the right of the advertisement and change the publication preference.

How to read the search results


The Priority Advertisement s have a link to More Information…, and appear in the first positions of the advertisement listed before the Small Free Advertisements.



Small Free Advertisement s, always appears after the Priority Advertisement s and they are automatically deactivated after 30 days when they expire.


Updating of Advertisement s happens Daily, the first advertisement s that appear in the list are the most recent ones and the oldest appear at the end of the list.

Priority Advertisement s follow the same rule, in which the latest to be published is the first to appear in the list and in this way the newest advertisement s appear at the top, always! Then they are ordered of the following way: firstly the ads contracted for 1 year appear then the 6 months advertisement s, then the 3 monthly advertisement s successively, using this method we are trying to give more exposure to those advertisers that need to sell or rent a property or apartment urgently.
